I have to say that this location is pretty busy. But once you become a regular they know exactly how you like it and how you want it. Mobile orders are pretty quick as well. For those who complain about the price, it’s downtown Manhattan. Don’t expect the same price for outside Manhattan. Their coffee is on point and always fresh. The staff are always providing service with a smile.

I would give them minus five star if I can. I only go there coz they’re next to my work. Customer service is horrible. Once they almost spilled hot coffee on me. One guy stay there just to make some money. Why would you work if you don’t like working there?!? See the picture. I ordered medium iced cappuccino and more than half of the cup is filled with foam. Really? Did I pay $5 to get a small cappuccino in a medium cup?!? Worst Dunkin I ever been. They really need to train these employees or get new people. This is unacceptable in a place like downtown Manhattan.

I come here often and mobile order because it’s directly across from my work place. Terrible. They do not know how to make drinks! Everytime I order the drink is disgusting and this is for different drinks because I like to try the seasonal offerings. I gave them one last chance this morning and yup again the drink is disgusting taste and texture is gritty. I’d rather pay more and go to Starbucks where I know I’ll actually enjoy what I get vs wasting money on something that I won’t finish. Food is bad too I’ve tried a grilled cheese and the bread was hot but not toasted how is that even possible. Won’t be going back.Update: as I was pouting my drink out I realized that it wasn’t even what I ordered. It was mocha as I saw all the sauce that was settled at the bottom and what i ordered was nothing close to mocha. So if you have any allergies or restrictions be aware they may give you something completely different from what you ordered and they won’t tell you! Why not ask the customer what they want if they’re out of something instead of just making whatever!
