They never have any change when paying with cash.Cashier never at the register. You have to ask for one.Flies are the backup workers and they like to hang around the donuts.

Came in with a mobile order waited more than 10 min. My iced latte was way too sweet. They had three employees with no hairnets. The tables and floor were very dirty. Don’t think I’ll come back to this location.

Older man very reluctant to do any kind of service, even just to make a milkshake. Then tried to deny to test ice cream flavors for the rotating flavors that aren’t a staple like chocolate. How is a person supposed to choose a flavor when you can’t try it before hand. WORSE YET, changed the pricing to be 2 dollars higher than listed on the menu.

I walk there and it’s not open. It’s 10:00 am. online It says it’s open. There’s no note on the outside every time I go in there it’s cringe. The service is slow. They don’t sanitize their hands after taking money. or put it on gloves, receipts everywhere floor, and table. There’s always a lot of trash in front of the subway all over the street in front of that establishment.

Those ladies are rude and for the past month they haven had whipped cream…. So my question is why have things in the menu you don’t have the ingredients for I go every morning before going on the train to work pregnancy has made me hate coffee but I’m able to drink the cocoa mocha please resolve your issues dunkin
