Went in a little after 7 PM and order a hot decaf. The lone woman behind the counter told me they were out, and she couldn't make a fresh pot because they closed in a half hour. I told her they were still open, and should serve their customers. She said that if she made a fresh pot, her manager would get mad, and that she already cleaned the machine out. She lied, the store closes at 8 PM. I told her that if she made a fresh pot, I would order 2 large coffees and take one home for the next day. She refused to serve me...

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ twice. First time they werent that bad. They were just really slow.The second time I ordered the same thing as usual; black ice tea with liquid cane sugar. But this time it tasted like cleaner or soap. And it’s powerful! Really gross. I had to through the whole thing out.

Very rude gave us burnt sandwich that looked fresh out of a dogs 🍑, refused to give a refund and were very rude.

The food has a chlorine taste to it. I'd recommend going to a different DD.

I have been ordering from this location either through uber or grubhub and as of late I noticed they no longer offer milk as an option when selecting latte. The only option to pick is oat or almond milk. However, on the actual DD app it has milk. Also, for the past few weeks I have been trying to order a coffee cake muffin but it keeps not coming with my order. It be nice if the place gave another option or reached out to ask us what else we want.
