My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was my first time at this particular location, and I must say it was quite a unique one. The place seemed to be in an inconvenient spot, situated on a busy street, making it challenging to access. As I approached, I noticed that the drive-thru lane was packed, extending all the way to the entrance of the street. However, despite the initial concern, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the line; it kept moving smoothly, and more people quickly filled in behind me.When it was finally my turn to order, I requested a large hot black coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The employee attending to the drive-thru window was exceptionally quick in taking my order, which helped move the line along efficiently. I was impressed by how swiftly he managed to handle each customer despite the overwhelming rush.Upon pulling up to the window to pay, the same gentleman took my payment and, to my astonishment, immediately handed me my food and coffee. The speed of service was unparalleled in my experience at any other fast-food establishment. Despite the bustling atmosphere and the constant stream of customers, I received my order in record time.Overall, I left Dunkin' Donuts feeling highly satisfied with my visit. The quick and attentive service, even during peak hours, was commendable. Despite the location's initial inconvenience, the efficiency of the staff made up for it. My hot black coffee was rich and flavorful, and the bacon egg and cheese croissant were freshly made and delicious.In conclusion, I extend my gratitude to Dunkin' Donuts for providing me with a remarkable experience on my first visit to this particular location. If they can maintain this level of service consistently, I have no doubt that they will continue to attract and retain a loyal customer base. Thank you, Dunkin' Donuts, for an unexpectedly enjoyable experience!

Some girl who made my hashbrowns isn’t getting paid enough clearly 😂😂I picked up my order checking to see if it was done because it was sitting behind the counter for a good 5 min. she told me when i picked it up for 2 seconds “im not done” I said in a nice tone “oh okay im so sorry” she then gave Snarkiest tone and gave me the nastiest look. She looked a little mad, maybe she had a hard day at work but Id recommend hiring patient, not so snippy people with decent manners 😂 Anyways i hope she finds the right job cause clearly this isn’t the one for her. Thanks Nyack dunkin 😊

4 Days in a row given the food in my order. I feel like they just grab what ever is closet and toys or right in there.. so frustrating

Really Dunkin The wax paper still in the sandwich smh. First off I went in there I wanted an everything bagel it seems like this particular dunkin always runs out of everything bagels no big deal so I settled for the sweet pepper bacon sandwich just for it to still have the wax paper in it. Im honestly tired of this dunkin whenever I go there in the morning before work the service is terrible if I decide to walk in instead of going to the drive thru they can at least greet me and simply say one second instead they will all stare at you while all 8 of them focus on the drive thru. I honestly have about ten bad experiences there but never decided to write a review. This wax paper in my sandwich just pushed me over the edge how hard is it to make a simple sandwich that I’m sure is frozen all you are doing is putting it together you guys need to get it together.
