Ordered out from the drive thru here on Thursday July 4th 2025 with my parents. Basically all we ordered was drinks. I orginally wanted a chocolate milkshake, but they said their ice cream machine wasn't working, or at least that's what my parents and I heard. So instead I got the Strawberry Banana smoothie. My dad got the mocha frappe. To make matters more confusing, when we got to the pay window, the lady said mocha frappe, chocolate milkshake, and strawberry banana smoothie. We paid via cash, and got it anyways. Came safely from the takeout window in a drink tray. Happily enjoyed my strawberry banana smoothie, and my dad enjoyed his mocha frappe.Saved the milkshake for later. I like mcdonalds but this one needs to work on knowing someone's order. But highly recommend Mcdonalds as a chain!

I gave an extra star because The gentleman who took our order around 5:30-6:00pm today was polite as always. He has great customer service. But the Hispanic lady that gives the food is VERY RUDE. She frowned when we asked for sweet and sour sauce for our nuggets (which were hard and refried along with the fries). She walked away, so we didn’t think about our soda we ordered. We drove away and decided to drive back to all of the traffic. The gentleman remembered us told us we can go forward and get the soda. We stated that we forgot the sprite and she just stared at us and said “what did you order” in a rude way. We said we forgot the soda. She doesn’t pay us any mind or try to take the receipt we tried to show her. She eventually took it and gave us the watered down large sprite that she forgot to give us our first time at the restaurant. We wanted to ask for another one but she was so rude and we didn’t bother. The car infront of us had his order messed up also smh. Customer care should be taught here. It’s not right and the manager or owner should be aware of how rude some of the workers are. ESPECIALLY HER.

Stopped for a quick bite and inside found a kiosk to order. Placed my order at it said take a tent number. None there. Has a hard time tendering the sale and nobody there to help. Waited over -0 minutes for our order. When I went to get a soda, no ice. I asked someone at the counter and he said use the other machine. They never fixed the empty one. Burgers were totally grilled to death and terrible. Seems like nobody cares. If they ever get busy they would not be able to handle it.
