First time ordering here and probably my last one i ordered a hot chocolate and i don’t even know what i got do they even know what they are doing does this look like a hot chocolate

I purchased a cold brew with cold foam that was so watered down. It was nearly transparent. When I dressed my issue with how light this coffee was, they refused to acknowledge it was even an issue and pretended like I was crazy. Instead of offering to exchange or even replace, they kept insisting that that’s the way the coffee looks as though I have no clue what I’m talking about. My conclusion could be that these people believe I’m stupid and don’t care about service. Do not go here.

Stoped by this morning , there was a loud Indian music in the back so i called the person a few times . Tell me how i was cursed and told to get out and he was an old guy too …Someone needs to train the stuff properly .

This guy at the front desk has to be one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. When I went in to correct a mobile order he said "Not my problem, your problem" when I asked if they can correct it or give me a refund. He smiled at me and then said again louder"mobile order, not my problem ITS YOUR PROBLEM" DEFINITELY REPORTING THEM TO CORPORATE! He refused to give me his name when I asked so I included a picture. Will not be returning to this dunkin!!Update:I heard back from corporate and issued a refund and escalated the issue!

I never seen a rude person like this guy..this guy have a real problem with muslim people..i was asking him to just change his gloves and he was really mad as hell
