This past weekend, June 14th, 2025, I went into Dunkin’ Donuts in Hartsdale, NY and was served by Mia R. She was courteous, friendly, respectful and treated me as a valued customer.

I love dunkin doughnuts, not a big fan of this place couldn’t get on line and they only do senior discount on Mondays, not coming back here

This Dunkin sucks, every morning I’ll put in a mobile order and the employees must not read the orders while making them because the order is always incorrect or missing something. Staff is always on their phone and give you messy coffee cups dripping coffee all over, it’s not like this location is extremely busy for them to be performing this poorly.
