I don't know what happened to this place, but I will be calling corporate. The staff were arguing in front of customers and in the back room! The young man who stepped in to help them was also very rude! The person who was supposedly making my snackin bacon never made it and went to go ahead and continue arguing with the other woman in the back. I waited 20 minutes for someone else to make my bacon for it to not even be cooked fully!!!!! Wanted to try the new mint chocolate coffee, but my experience was ruined, and the coffee was not made that good, I don't even taste the mint! I am very disappointed. This used to be one of the best Dunkin's around town.

Let me start by saying, the customer service was great in my personal experience! The place looks clean and it wasn't busy at all. The lady who took my order(I said hi but she didn't respond) but it's okay! is a big store for only 2 employees taking orders from online and in persons, it make sense if they are overwhelmed even though is not an excuse....While I was placing my order the female cooker approached the cashier to verify our oder because; I ordered 3 sandwiches with extra sausage since to be that she was confused lol but (I give her a high five) for verifying my order to make sure that everything I order was correct" the only upside-down was that they started to talk in their language and I personally believe that they should speak in English just in case of any misunderstanding the customer can correct any misinformation about he/her order but I understand that the lady doesn't speak too much English but I think she should learn at least the Dunkin Donuts menu 😊I didn't asked if they have restroom of so is not available to the public.Overall I do recommend 👌

i just came to this dunkin with a friend with my campus coupon of 5$ and the male at the counter rudely asked me what did i want as if the coupon didn’t say it so i showed it to him. He later than told me and my friend to get out because of this and called us rude. This is the first time i ever encountered such rudeness at a dunkin and I wouldn’t recommend. We sat there confused until he repeated it 3 times he was very rude and nasty and obviously can’t communicate with customers very well.

A young girl cut her hand on some glass and started bleeding all over the floor and then when EMS came the staff repeatedly asked her friends to clean up the blood which was spilling everywhere and called them idiots which I think resulted from racism
