The Marble Hill location is very convenient. It is smoothly run and the staff is very efficient too. The coffee is fresh and tasty and the turnover of foods is great, but there are too many wandering young people hanging around inside and not necessarily eating donuts, this shop is already small. Please fix that and keep up your good work!

I use to love this place the people were pleasant and the food was ok. Every time I order just hash browns they are set to the side and I get them cold or I get them burnt. I really hate the new staff they don’t care and it’s not cool because we in the area always come here and not only has the service changed to bad so did the food

Guys were too busy standing around to notice my mobile order for 10 minutes. Then I asked them to put my iced cappuccino in the shaker to foam it up like normal, as he is about to hand it to me, he goes.. were going to right now, as if it was all part of the plan and he wasn't cutting corners.

I arrived at the store at 7:30, and the employee told me that the store is closed, even though the store on Google says it close at 8:00

This location used to be excellent. The last few months the service has slowly gone downhill. I use the app and there have been a few hiccups. It happens and they were minor. However, today when my husband went to pick up an order for me, they claimed that I did not order from them. When he showed them the receipt on his phone, they found the order receipt in their garbage, unfulfilled.... They made up the order and apologized. However when he walked out he realized that they didn't complete the entire order. He went back to the counter and had to prompt them to finish fulfilling the order.Because this is not the first time is why I made a decision to write a review.It's a shame because there were very few customers in the store, he said none when he arrived, and two teenagers near the end of the debacle. It is not a high traffic area, this is something they should have been able to handle. I hope their service gets better so this Dunkin' Donuts can be successful and remain open.
