Went in to order a frozen chocolate. It's not a popular drink since dunkin specializes in coffee, but it's still on the menu. I've been ordering this drink for years at various locations without issue.When I placed my order, the first employee misunderstood me, and I gently corrected her. She then went to the back to get assistance from a co-worker. The second employee I interacted with was dismissive and seemed frustrated from the very start. I repeated my order, but she repeated back “iced coffee.” When I clarified again that I wanted a frozen chocolate, she gave me the coldest glare and responded, “That’s what I said,” which felt unnecessarily rude.I tried to explain that wasn’t what she had said, but she ignored me and just said, "That'll be $4.75". I mentioned once more that the order wasn’t correct, but by then, the line had started growing behind me. It was rush hour, so everyone didn't have a lot of patience. It was frustrating to be treated like I was the problem when I was just trying to order something from the menu.I even offered to show them the item on the Uber Eats app to clear up the confusion, but the employee refused to look and gave me a nasty look for even suggesting that. At that point, I decided to leave without completing the order.I understand that things can get busy and misunderstandings happen, but there's no reason to be dismissive and unprofessional like that. This employee acted as if I was yelling at her when all I ever did was repeat myself and try to correct the misunderstanding. It's not my fault you guys don't know your own menu. Learn to be kinder.

Literally walked in, got an iced vanilla latte, and the thing straight up tasted like pure vanilla and sugar. Felt like I was drinking a blended cupcake. Hands down the worst iced latte I’ve had in my life.

We was waiting for the man who was taking orders for ten minutes until we left. There was no one else in Dunkin’ and he was on the phone ignoring us. That is so rude I’m not coming to this location again.

I've been drinking Dunkin coffee for 30 years. This location is my go-to when I'm working. All employees are great, with the exception of the man that works the Monday 7pm shift. He refuses to add sugar to my coffee, and even now that I order over the app, he figured out it was me and lets me go on without sugar in my coffee. In all these years I never encountered a staff member so rude and petty. I will go to a different location from here on, even though it really messed up my day. Such a shame.

The people on midsection W57th & 8 are the most amazing staff I've ever experienced. Give them respect and praise.
