Inside, the place is clean and organized, even during busy morning or evening rush hours. Tables are wiped regularly, the floors are swept, and the counters are spotless—something you don’t always see in fast-paced locations.☕ Dunkin' Experience:The coffee is always fresh, and I’ve never had a messed-up order. Whether it's a classic hot coffee, iced latte, or a specialty drink like the caramel swirl, everything is made to perfection. The breakfast sandwiches and wraps are hot and not overly greasy. My favorites are the Wake-Up Wraps and the everything bagel with cream cheese—always consistent!What I really appreciate is the speed—the team knows the regulars and keeps the line moving fast, even when the place is packed in the morning.🍦 Baskin Robbins Corner:If you have a sweet tooth, the Baskin Robbins section here is a great bonus. They always have a good selection of classic and seasonal flavors. I recently had the Pralines 'n Cream and it was smooth, fresh, and delicious. I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to Sonia! She gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. My food came out quickly, my order was 100% correct, and the entire staff was very pleasant and welcoming. It’s always great to start your day with not just good coffee, but great service too. I went this morning and have visited this location before as its walking distance from school, the staff is outright rude. I walked in and waited 5 minutes while the staff was yelling among themselves before anyone came to the register. I said good morning and the female staff member just stared at me, I started my order and after every item she would cut me off and tell me the total I had to pay, mind you I only ordered a coffee, donut and munchkins. When I finally finished my order she just stared at me. They are always so rude and impatient here. As I’m waiting for my coffee the staff member slams it down and doesn’t say anything. I rather walk a little further and use the other Dunkin where they are sooo friendly!

Terrible and rude. The coffees are poorly made. Same with the matcha lattes, they were white! Anyone that knows about matcha it has to be green I understand I’m not going to get an authentic one but other Dunkin’s have been great. When asked to get it darker they just put more powder on top and told me to mix it……Just attitude all around, not a good experience at this Dunkin

This was my favorite spot to get coffee, Buttt when you are money hungry then that sucks! I used to go to this location almost everyday, i tip whenever I have cash. Today I had cash and they “joked” that they wanted to keep the change, hahaha damnn, thats disrespectful and very rude. I should’ve gotten my 20 back and left, but they caught me off guard and was shocked, its my business if i want to tip everyday or not, also spending everyday over $11 on donuts and coffee and If i have my kids with me i spend $20. Thats a lot of money. Also, they saw I was a regular customer and they never explained to me how I should get the Dunkin app and save money, but I never said anything, so why tip all the time. I will not be going there ever!
