You place orders with the Dunkin app ahead of time so that you don’t wait long when you get to the store. When you get there your ticket is sitting there and when you bring it to their attention, THEN THEY START YOUR ORDER. Not a big fan of this store

The Worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to by far. This place sucks in everything they do. Food tastes old. Coffee, they never get it right. Service is super slow. Place is like a dump. Outside drive-through is pothole city. Shut them down.I went recently on December 11th. Got me a coffee and a loaded hash browns. Like always, not one person knows how to make coffee there??? Light and sweet. How hard is that. Let alone look at my pictures of the loaded hashbrowns. Burnt and disgusting! This location needs to be approached with new employees who know what they're doing.

Amazing staff, great food, and I love the new atmosphere. I just need you guys to put two people at least for the NIGHT SHIFT, one person IS TOO SLOW, and it’s not their fault, it’s management fault. People (me lol) cannot be waiting more than 15 minutes in the morning for just a coffee and a sandwich especially when I place my order 15 minutes ago.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and they either take too long or mess up the order. Today, I asked for iced hot chocolate and received a hot one instead. When I asked about it, the person at the window said no we don’t do that when obviously they do. There’s no point in hiring people that do not know the menu of the establishment that they work for. It specifically says “add ice” on the sticker they used for my drink so I’m not understanding how she’s telling me they don’t carry iced hot chocolate. She also forgot to give me a whole other item and only gave me when I mentioned it was missing. This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve visited. Their service has only gone down hill and makes it a reason why I do not like this location. Don’t waste your time.

I am currently waiting in the drive thru. I have been stuck in between cars for about 20 minutes now. When I finally make it to the register, the guy took my order and charged me, just to tell me the latte machine is being cleaned and it will be a wait. I tell him I’d like a coffee instead and for the difference in price between latte and coffee be refunded to me. He tells me he doesn’t know how to perform a refund. How can you be working a register and not know how to perform a refund? So I’m now being held hostage in the line a bit longer waiting for a latte machine to be cleaned since there was no other option available. This Dunkin just had major renovations done. So you all have money to make the place appear better but can’t be bothered to invest in training your staff so I don’t have to wait until the drive thru for 30 minutes for a latte since I cannot be refunded? Unacceptable. Train your staff. Prioritize. If you invest in your trained staff maybe you all would get better reviews. The general managers own 4200 Dunkin’ Donuts and 0 provide superb service. Stop buying companies that you cannot be bothered to run.
