Great Morning Crew, But Night Staff Needs ImprovementI hate to leave a negative review without also acknowledging the positive, so here goes: The morning crew at this place really shines. They provide quick, friendly service, and the food and coffee are always spot on. I’ve never had a bad experience with them – they always make my visit enjoyable!However, when it comes to the night staff, it’s a completely different story. I don’t want to include the three recent younger employees, who are always great, but the two older gentlemen working the evening shift are clearly out of their league. They struggle to make a simple coffee, the food they prepare is usually terrible, and their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. They seem to take offense to any kind of feedback and immediately go on the defensive, which isn’t what you expect as a paying customer. I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable when I’m simply asking for my coffee to be made correctly.It’s honestly a hit or miss with these two older staff members – sometimes the service is fine, and other times I’m left wishing I could just wait until tomorrow to get my coffee replaced by the morning crew. It’s even worse when you go back to have them fix your order – the newer staff will always apologize and offer to make a fresh cup, while the older employees can be seen speaking in their language and making the younger team members visibly uncomfortable.If it weren’t for these two individuals, I would absolutely give this place 5 stars. The rest of the staff, especially in the morning, really makes up for a lot of the frustrations, but it’s hard to ignore the impact these bad apples have on the experience. I hope management can address this, as the rest of the team is doing an excellent job.

The truth is I don't have any problem with the food and drinks at the place, very delicious, but the other day, one of the employees took my order, one with a beard, glasses and a bitter face, I was telling him my order and he kept repeating it out loud, I asked him for a large-sized Frozen Dunkin coffee, that along with two other drinks, when I pay and see my receipt, I see that he had given me the medium-sized drink, I let him know the problem, politely telling him that he made a mistake in my order, and he told me that I had to pay 2 dollars more, I work at another Dunkin' and I know the prices of the drinks, unfortunately I was a bit rushed and agreed to pay, he also made me the medium drink, when I told him he got upset and did it, I don't think the employee has problems with English since I have seen him working there since 2022, but it bothers me a little how he can take someone's order

Been going here for about 8years now and absolutely think this is by far one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts! This is my daughter and I go to before school, she loves the hash browns and munchkins! Never had any bad complaints and if there are any issues the managers and supervisors are quick to fix it for you and make you happy!

Amazing, Just truly amazing service and food. I usually go here for breakfast and I get hashbrowns, an egg and cheese croissant, and munchkins. The hashbrowns are always fresh and have the perfect amount of flavor on them, and the munchkins are soft and fresh too. The egg and cheese is always warm and you guessed it, fresh. Also get my order ready within 5 minutes. Way better service and food than the dunkin donuts on Mcbride Ave.
