July 09 · NastasiaThe service and the food was amazing, I’m glad to find this Authentic Ecuadorian Food, 100% recommended, the portions are pretty big enough to share, definitely I’ll be back soon
April 14 · Andres RodriguezWe went to celebrate 🥳 mothers Day. Since my mom, being Ecuadorian, wants to eat the food from her country. The food is excellent taste. The only problem was that they were understaffed. Only 2 girls are attending. Don't get me wrong. They were very efficient. But my mom asked for "Tilapia sudada", but they brought a different fish, fried and in a salsa. But too much bones. So she was not happy. I have to get up and separate all the bones from her plate. 😩. Overall, my food was delicious.
May 12 · Ivonne MendezToday I went with my daughter to eat lunch. We work nearby, we look for different restaurant and give our recommendations to our co-workers. The food was amazing. The only reason I’m giving a 1-star rating is because the waitress added an 18% tip to the bill automatically for only two people, and she included it in the price of the food, causing me to pay tax on the damn tip. It makes no sense. The first photo shows the tip and the correct tax, and the second photo shows the tax being added to the 18% tip. I would have given her more than 18%; it’s the point of taking it without asking. When I brought this to her attention, she apologized and said, “I already charged your card; there’s nothing I can do.” That left me with a bad impression, especially for our first time visiting this store. I would have had my lunch here more often, as it’s only a few blocks from me and the food was very good.I’m not able to add a photo but here the break downFood $50.00Tax 5.10Tip $7.50 ———- This is nothing but it’s the principle! I understand a group setting but not for two people .Total 62.60
