New (management) bagel outlet in Dobbs Ferry. Bagels are fresh and well made, but I’ve gotten multiple order errors in the first two visits. I can see why some quick order restaurants have adopted screen based ordering. Here at busy times there is an order taker who records customer orders on paper. Once complete the paper is transferred to another employee at the till who rings up the purchase. I ordered a coffee with milk and sugar but got black today. Their fancy screen menu listed Lavazza coffee (12 and 18 ozs). These are too large for pure espresso drinks so I asked if that drink was an americano. The order taker had no idea or didn’t understand my question. Last time I requested low fat cream cheese and the order taker thought I meant lox. Management should improve its front of house processes to reduce frustration and encourage new customers to return. Unfortunately I can’t yet recommend this location owing to its poor service. (No tip) I’m not sure if the mixed up orders are from the order process or language comprehension issues. Management needs to consider that poor experiences could deter customers from ordering more or returning at all.

Best bagels in the River towns. Staff is absolutely fantastic and will accommodate your request for any of their wide variety of bagels. Burgers, sandwiches, paninis are available to satisfy all appetites. Street parking is available with seating inside and out.

One of the slowest most chaotic bagel spots I’ve seen in awhile. A solid 20 minutes to get a bagel with lox spread and what they gave me was JUST lox. Food was good once I got it but do not stop in if you’re in a hurry.

This is only based on two visits. Clearly there are other things that I haven't had that might be good. So, take that for what it's worth. I just don't care for their Bagels that much. They don't have the right chew and just are very bready to me. I also ordered a cup of cold brew but the machine wasn't working.

One of the most disorganized retail stores I have ever experienced. The staff is clueless. They do not even acknowledge that they have new customers. You could literally go next door to the Pizza shop or across the street to the Chinese restaurant, have them make and order from the beginning before you even received service in the bagel shop. Great place for Robotics.
