January 02 · ANAHATA CRYSTALI placed an order for detox juices on May 18. The only option for delivery date on their website was the same day. I did not expect the delivery the same day, but that was the only option. A few days passed and I did not get my delivery. This company was recommended to me by a friend and she told me to message them on Instagram, as she had a lot of luck messaging them there. No response. She told me to text them. No response. I called their number on their website and it went straight to voicemail and the voice box was full. Finally, I emailed them and they told me that I did not order in time to be delivered that day. Again, I did not expect a delivery the same day and that was not my concern. My concern was that there’s no tracking number on these deliveries and again, the delivery date was determined by their own website. Finally, they told me that it would be delivered a week after my order date. The date came and went, and I messaged them that I still have not received it. No response. I gave them a few more days, and after two weeks of the order date, I told them I wanted a refund. No response. I emailed them four times that I wanted a refund and no response. Finally I just reported it to my credit card and I was able to get a refund.

My partner and I placed a large order of detox juices from the Hackensack location on April 17th, even paying extra for next-day or 2-day delivery. It’s now been 16 days with no proper response. We tried calling multiple times—no answer. We also reached out via their messaging service with no luck.Eventually, we discovered the location had closed without notifying customers. To make matters worse, when we tried to get answers, we were met with dismissive and inconsistent communication. Strangely, they seemed to have no issue understanding or speaking English when taking orders, but suddenly struggled to communicate when addressing complaints.We were forced to take legal action just to get any response—and instead of a refund, they delivered the juices today, and they weren’t even the flavors we ordered. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The owner should truly be ashamed of how this business is being run.

My daughter is an extremely picky eater but she loves it. This has her eating her veggies 😳😳😳😳, I can’t believe it. Customer service is impeccable as well (I’m annoying and I know it). They were very patient and responsive to all of my questions. I worried about freshness as it’s for 5 days. Let’s be clear it was fresh up to 7 days. Absolutely delicious, if I can only get my household members to stop eating my meals it would be great lol.
November 08 · Donette PriceI was very excited to try these meals since I just recently started counting macros to lose some body fat and thought that a meal prepping service could be ideal for what I was looking for. Don’t get me wrong it is affordable and the food has a pretty good taste, but they really need to reevaluate their calories and food choices at least for their weight loss plan. Note that I tried it for 2 weeks before making this review because I really wanted to give it a chance. I also consider myself an active person, I go to the gym at least 2-3 times a week and also do Pilates 2-3 a week so I was at least expecting to see a pound or 2 difference or something. Their meals for the weight loss program in my opinion have too much carbohydrates, lots of fat and too much sodium which in turn makes you if anything retain water maybe why I haven’t seen a difference these two weeks. They also don’t have much of a protein variety. Most of their selection is chicken, maybe that’s why it’s on the cheaper end of most companies. The meals just surpassed the amount of calories that I was supposed to take in a day and in turn I couldn’t even have a snack in between meals. Most of their meals including breakfast were close to 500 calories. They should allow people to select the meals that they want or not even maybe write ahead of time the calories each meal provides, because I don’t know how people are losing weight on this plan. I would maybe recommend to others that are trying to maintain their weight I feel like maybe that’s what is good for, but I do suggest that they revise their weight loss plan. I think they have the right concept and most of the food did remain fresh. I like that they even use biodegradable containers. So yeah just an honest review maybe if they get better in the future I would be open to try them again.
