Service is slipping quality too. Came here on 7/23/25. Decided to give them another try and not go to La Colombe. Big mistake. I would have returned it if possible and not running to work. It’s like they don’t care. Well I don’t care to give this location any more business.Great spot for a morning latte. Especially when the temps with wind chill is below zero. A hot latte is just what the doctor ordered.Quick service. Not much of a wait to get your order in. Pastries look good but they dont do the half price discount before closing anymore.

Nice place to sit and have a quick coffee and snack. Nice quality seasonal drinks too.Service is okay.They also have charging spots if you need to a laptop or a phone charge. Their selection of savoury snacks could be broader. Otherwise nothing to complain.

I love Gregory’s iced coffee and have been choosing this spot over the other coffee shops in the area for a while solely for this reason. I will note that the employees at this location should probably get paid more per hour because wow they all seem very depressed, they literally never even bother to answer when I ask “how are you?” and they generally seem like they’d rather be anywhere else. Also, they often will have only one person behind the counter, who then has to take five orders in a row before being able to make anyone’s drink, when you’re waiting on a simple order this can be quite frustrating. Hoping this feedback can lead to some positive improvements.

We were really looking forward to trying Gregorys Coffee, but our experience was so poor that we walked out without even placing an order. There was only one barista working at the time, which we understand can be stressful — but it’s no excuse for completely ignoring customers.We walked in expecting at least a minimal greeting — a “hi,” a “just a moment,” or even simple eye contact. Instead, we were met with complete silence. No welcome, no acknowledgment, nothing. The barista never looked up or made any effort to interact with us. It felt like we were invisible.We stood there for a while, waiting for some kind of signal that we’d be helped soon, but it never came. Eventually, we just left. The only positive thing I can say about the visit is that we weren’t yelled at or mistreated — but honestly, that’s a very low bar.Look, we get it — everyone can have a bad day. But that shouldn’t be pushed onto the customer. All it takes is a moment of acknowledgment, a quick “I’ll be right with you.” Instead, we got nothing.Customer service matters. We won’t be returning.

Super cute place with very friendly employees. They have a wide variety of drinks and food, with options for GF and vegans. The prices are a bit on the higher side but I would say the coffee is well-worth the price. They also have specialty lattes, my mom had a drink with turmeric and enjoyed it a lot.

I stopped in for a coffee on a rainy day between meetings and really enjoyed this coffee shop! It’s small but has a few tables to sit at, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the Fall Oat Boy was delicious, in addition to being a hilarious pun. I will definitely be back again!
