★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I ordered lunch special for chicken cabbage with Lo mein noodle garlic sauce. I was very disappointed with the food once I got home and tried to eat it. The noodles looked overcooked and it seemed like they gave me pieces and bits of leftover chicken from another order because the amount of chicken was extremely little compared to what I used to order. The most disappointing part is that the food was so bland and had no flavor whatsoever. I decided to give a call and asked about it nicely. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She raised her voice from the beginning while yelling it was my fault that I asked for garlic sauce. I was patiently listening but she continued to yell with attitude without even saying sorry. I tried to tell her nicely again that she should have given me a clear explanation about the sauce but she kept going on and on. That was when I had to defend myself. She then hung up on me.After been going here for almost a decade, it’s time I look for a new Chinese restaurant. There are soooo many Chinese restaurants opening up in the area and I won’t be missing this place. Not with this type of rudeness and bad service.*I would give no star if I could.
June 19 · Phenchan NatsuiThe food is fine, depending on how long your delivery takes might be a bit cold. However the service here is absolutely TERRIBLE. The delivery man is so rude and after talking to you rudely he expects a 30% tip. He asked me to give him a $10 tip for a $30 order. Before I even got my food he said “Give me $10 tip” I said I don’t have that much cash and you’re not supposed to be asking me for how much tip you want. This man started to argue with me I should have gave $0 tip but I am never ordering from here again because they should not be allowing their employees who work with customers to be speaking to customers like that.P.S. I usually never leave reviews unless they’re kind but this genuinely made me upset.
July 29 · Ameyali HThe delivery man is rude and does ask for tip at his own pleasure I wish I would have checked the reviews earlier.
August 05 · Daniel HThe only thing better then the food here is the love my ex wife has for her new man. I will never get her back , but i will always come back here for the orange chicken. Food, quality, and service is outstanding.
November 04 · andre casimiroDid this restaurant cook or are they cooked? As Buddha is my witness, I've been a customer here for 17 years, back when there was a little chinese boy doing homework in the corner. This family can cook the fried rice so good, it can make Uncle Roger proud.
