You can indulge in fresh-made vanilla scones with clotted cream and jam or try the savory Cheddar And Chive Scones. The Lapsang Gravlax On Rice Crackers and a simple yet refreshing Sliced Cucumbers On Rice Crackers offer a light and unique pairing. The menu also includes a variety of roasted nuts and delicious desserts like Soco Creamery's ice cream and Davids Biscotti. Every item is carefully chosen to enhance your tea experience, making this a great destination for a light lunch or a delightful afternoon snack.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love tea and this was absolutely a wonderful experience. I was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of teas but also I was like a kid in a candy store. The packaging was so beautiful and I immediately thought about reusing them as decorative pieces. What I enjoyed most was chatting with the tea sommelier's and trying the delicious samples they had to try. I loved that you can try a tea sample of your choosing for free and then $3 for any other samples. This was a great way to try a tea to be sure you like it before buying. Service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. They also had a sit down area to try tea and get tea to go. I also loved how the had the tea like a library with a ladder to get them, so cute, library of teas. I definitely bought tea to bring back home but will definitely be ordering from them until I can get back to NY to visit again.
August 27 · Khalidah BarutiAs a loyal customer of Harney & Sons for many years, I can confidently say this brand has completely redefined my tea experience. I’ve explored nearly every corner of their exquisite tea palette—from classic black teas to delicate whites, vibrant herbals, and rare blends—and each one has been a masterclass in quality and flavor. What sets Harney & Sons apart is their unwavering commitment to excellence. Every tea I’ve tried has been consistently fresh, aromatic, and beautifully balanced. Whether it’s the elegant sophistication of Earl Grey blend or the comforting refresh of raspberry tea, I’ve never once been disappointed.I’ve sampled countless other brands over the years, but none have matched the craftsmanship and care that Harney & Sons pours into every tin and sachet. At this point, I have no desire to go back to any other tea company—this is home.If you’re someone who truly appreciates high-quality tea, Harney & Sons is a brand that will speak to your soul. Their teas aren’t just beverages—they’re experiences.
September 02 · Artem BorysenkoAbsolutely love this place. If you want to go on an affordable date, stop in here and share some scones with a pot of tea. We ducked in here on a rainy day and our noses were welcomed with the warming scent of tea. The staff is very helpful and will help you determine which is right for you. Once you know, get a pot and take a seat. Their best tea is by far Paris. They even make an herbal version is you are worried about caffeine. Go stop by for a visit.
June 20 · Darren OttaThis review is for the recent online order with the dragon pearl Jasmin 50 sachets, which I bought in June, and discovered one of the 3 bags tea bags, brewed into unnatural, horrific black color liquid with foul smell. This is very disturbing and unsettling for product intended for consumption. I reached out to HS, and they requested to return the product for their tests. Conveniently, HS found no issue with the tea bags, and only provide store credit. With this terrible experience, I am hesitated to order their products again. Therefore, I continued to pursue for the refund, however, HS failed to respond any further. Their lack of responsiveness, reflects their disregarding customers' complaints and concerns, and caused my doubt on their quality control measure. You could see the picture for the unusual color of the "tea".
August 21 · kat lAMAZING TEA SHOP. We, me and my friends, walked in this tea shop, and were dazzled immediately by the floor to ceiling wall of tea. It felt like stepping into another world. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, and walked us through how everything worked. We loved the free tea sample, where you were allowed to choose any tea you wanted to try. The samples were not just shot size, but an actual tea cup sample size which pleasantly surprised us. The bags that came with your purchase (5 cents) are very well designed and sturdy, not to mention very beautiful. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS BEAUTIFUL, it was calm and warm and felt like I was welcome to ask questions about anything to the staff. For example, I casually had a conversation with an employee about their shoes, they were very nice (shoes and the employee ).
