★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Eataly SoHo is a food lover’s paradise! From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by the energy of an authentic Italian marketplace. The selection is incredible — fresh foods, house-made pasta, artisan breads, cheeses, and a wide range of imported Italian products like olive oils, sauces, and wines. The bakery section is amazing, and everything looks (and tastes) like it came straight from Italy.I tried the tiramisu, and it was absolutely outstanding — creamy, light, and perfectly balanced. Easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Beyond desserts, the fresh pasta is phenomenal and the quality of ingredients really shines through. Even just browsing the aisles of specialty products and fresh produce is an experience in itself.Whether you’re looking for a sit-down meal, something sweet from the bakery, or high-quality Italian products to take home, Eataly in SoHo delivers. It’s a must-visit spot if you love authentic Italian food. I can’t wait to come back and try even more!
August 22 · Chanil JungLast time we visited, the appetizers were decent but the pastas were terrible. They got our order mixed up and insisted they were correct. The pasta was overcooked, as you can see in the photo I posted. The food also took at least 40 minutes, and when we asked why, they simply said there was a “problem in the kitchen.” On top of that, they charged extra for olives and pepperoni on the pizza without explaining the additional fees. The whole experience was disappointing. However, after I left that review, the manager, Parker, replied and apologized for the inconvenience, offering us a gift card if we gave them another chance. We came back today, and the experience was completely different. They welcomed us warmly, offered us a complimentary appetizer and dessert, and also gave us a $50 gift card. On top of that, they surprised us with an extra pasta on the house. The food was much better this time, and the service had improved a lot as well.It really felt like they cared about making things right.
August 24 · Seungyun LeeThe food offering is fairly consistent across all the Eataly restaurants. The Diavola Dolce pizza is one of my favorite pizzas with a nice mix of spicy Italian sausage completed with drizzles of honey. My other favorite is the Quattro Formaggi pizza. It’s simple and just cheesy goodness. To top it all off the fitto mistro is a sinful delight of fried calamari, shrimp and cod with a healthy dose of batter fried vegetables. Overall, the food is decent, service is good.
April 22 · Kevin (AussieFoodieAdventures)The service was the best ever. They were very friendly, the hostess was very welcoming, and the food was very delicious. And their special bread with olive oil, and appetizers and pasta homemade .Everything it was perfect 10/10 😍😋😋They also celebrated my friend's birthday with us. They didn’t add any fees for the candle and celebration.Thank you so much, 🥰I advise you to go there if you want excellent service.I would like to thank the manager in particular, although I didn’t remember his name.🙏🏻
April 19 · Mario MA friend was visiting from the West Coast and we met in SoHo. I had suggested Eataly as it would be less crowded on a Saturday evening. We sat on the patio and perused the menu. We chose two dishes from the $26 Taste of Napoli prix fixe menu. Mortadella E Pistacchio on sourdough bread and Spaghetti All'Arrabiatta. I had a cappuccino when I arrived. No bread was given before our meal. We drank a bottle of Pelegríno. The server didn't offer us cheese which I requested. The food was fine but the pasta was lukewarm. We didn't finish it and skipped dessert. Slowly lots of customers started coming so the atmosphere became more jovial. I like all three Eataly's and this one is the smallest.
