★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Thanks as always to experience a new venue in the city. Came on a Sunday afternoon after pre-ordering online and the meal was ready for pickup upon arrival. Sadly, they didn't have the Chocolate Chip cookie and subbed for a Peanut Butter one (only disappointment on the menu, was overcooked).Order the Backyard BBQ Chicken Side, Jackfruit Sandwich and the Sesame Pancit Noodle Bowl. Everything was delicious, only recommendation I'd have is to note that the Sesame Pancit Noodle bowl has cilantro on it which the sides I couldn't enjoy as a result. The Jackfruit sandwich was amazing and on the sweeter side..I'd order it again and try other vegan options on the menu. The music was great and I vibed the entire time I was in there. Service was also great and welcoming.
August 28 · A BWe ordered the Salmon Soul Bowl and the Backyard BBQ Chicken Bowl with sweet potatoes and garlic mushrooms. for delivery as an easy way to enjoy a mid-week dinner. Delivery windows made it flexible to select a time and food arrived on-time. Our dishes were great options for eating healthy while savoring delicious flavors! Would definitely recommend the pineapple habanero sauce!
June 16 · Lily WokinMy first visit to Hungry House was AMAZING! I ordered the Spam Melt which was DELICIOUS with the spicy mayonnaise’s and spicy cucumbers, oh my goodness. I also ordered French fries and lemon pepper wings which were also delicious. Wonderful experience at Hungry House, food is amazing!
July 29 · Paulina ArmstrongWe loved it! Visited here for the first time during a vegan cheese and wine tasting they were hosting. Had to try the food so we ordered the Impossible Smoked Brisket with 2 sides (got mashed with gravy and cole slaw) for $18 and the Daring (our fave) chicken & waffles with the spicy maple syrup for $16. Definitely get the syrup for the extra $1. Every bite of everything was fantastic and was true BBQ. No animals needed to make it amazing! Will definitely return. If you like BBQ this is the spot. Owner and staff also friendly and will answer any questions. We're not gluten free but they had many options for that.
January 15 · Acouple WithoutbordersVery pleasant service with a smile. 5 small 2-seater tables, 1 large 6-seater booth and 2 bar stools at a counter. Ordered at the cashier & she brought our food out in about 10min. Everything was hot & fresh. Jackfruit burger topped with fried onions, waffle fries & mixed veggies. The gluten free bun was actually nice & hearty, it didn't taste grainy or gross like most gluten-free breads.I had to take off one star because they don't have a bathroom. I felt sorry for the poor girl at the cashier because at least 5 people came up to her asking for the bathroom & she kept having to explain that they don't have one.
