★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Terrible location, no organization, packed of reckless teenagers. It not about the coffee or barista, its the place. There are no line or instructions for queuing at all and every time I come here, I always either confused for not being able to know where to stand or got cut by someone else. I hate it, it’s been 2,3 times and I decided to stop visiting here. The baristas never (or most likely don’t have time) to instruct the customer. It is a mess and chaos. It’s not worth it, try different locations.
April 23 · Tr ThuyI always order at this location, but when I ordered on Tuesday May 20, I walked into the store right after I ordered on my phone. I politely ask the barristers who was a guy, if could add less ice to my drink cause the app did give me the option to order it with less ice. He looked annoyed but still agreed. When I got my drink, it had a regular amount of ice and less drink. I was kinda upset but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. He did not add any of the extra flavor I paid for. He didn’t even add the sweetness amount I asked for. My order said to add cinnamon but i didn’t even get that. I am never going back to this location cause coffee is important to start my day and this ruined my whole day. Had I had the time and didn’t have a final to get to I would have went back to ask for my refund.
May 23 · Isamar ZschocherThis is the best place to get cookies and cream matcha! Xavier made my drink and I couldn't wait to come back and get another. Namie was the cashier. They were both excellent.
September 05 · Andrew HernandezI was with my friend getting coffee May 10th and I proceeded to check out without a tip. I am a minor who doesn’t work, paying with my mom’s card. He proceeded to say “Omg thank you so much that’s a lot!” in reference to the no tip. Afterwards he gave my friend so much passive aggressiveness and made us wait a long time to get our drinks even though there was no one else there. My friend payed for a large and he gave her a normal cup instead. Blank street count your days.
May 10 · bojena frolovaBeen here 4x. Every time there’s an issue or don’t have anything. The last time no more hot brew not entire drinks iced coffee. Now today the espresso machine is broken and you can’t pay with cash. I will not be spending anymore money or time here. It’s sad because I actually enjoyed blank street over Starbucks!
