August 03 · lemon linAt Idashi Omakase in Park Slope, every dish is a reflection of precision and tradition. Their 16-course tasting menu features ingredients meticulously selected and imported directly from Japan. With over ten years of experience, each chef brings artistry to every plate—highlighting torch-seared specialties, premium sushi, and seasonal flavors. Guests enjoy a 90-minute dining experience across four daily seatings. For those seeking authenticity and excellence, Idashi Omakase is a destination worth returning to.
August 03 · Morgan YIf I can give out 6 stars for the food I would definitely do it!! I have been to quite a few omakase sushi places before but I have to say the quality and taste here are at a whole new level. Especially the toro, kobe beef and uni. These are remarkably more noticeably delicious than other regular sushi shops. In addition I ordered the caviar bomb and you would eat it on your hand, quite interesting. Price wise is decent and the atmosphere is authentic.
May 04 · Henry YuAbsolutely outstanding! First, staff provided above board service and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Second and most important, the omakase selection was excellent. The every pairing of flavor was a hit! Steven was displayed his expert abilities. Bravo!!! I am writing to this review the next morning as I can still recall the joy my taste buds experienced. Definitely recommend without hesitation. I want to go back tonight!
