So My office have been ordering catering orders from this restaurant for a while now. This last time we let the owner know what our budget which was $600 our delivery time was 12pm the food did not arrive until after 2:30pm after calling the owner several times we did not get a itemized receipt! we did not get orders of jerk chicken that was placed festival or veggie patties none of witch were a meal option when we placed the order when we contacted the owner she stated that she has us on the next order unfortunately there will never be another order that will be placed the service was horrible the oxtail meals had 3 oxtails swimming in gravy! If the budget we gave could not have given us a decent meal that was all that needed to be said it would have been okay we respect that its a business but to handle people in such manner is horrible.

It's slim pickings for Jamaican food on the UES. So I order here a lot. There's a good chance they'll be out of at least one item you've ordered. But, what they don't have in food they'll make up for in an extra helping of attitude. Order comments are usually ignored. The boneless jerk chicken is tasty.

Extremely disappointed considering the price.$30 for a "large" oxtail... the meat was so little I would hate to see a small. They were far from tinder. Mostly BONE.The Mac and cheese was very peculiar not much cheese/ flavor very processed.Just a bit sad I wasted that amount of money. Especially after I saw the small wasn’t much smaller.No oxtail gravy at allUpdate after owner response:The response was quite interesting and unfortunate. Not just to me but others. More or less gravy really does not account for poor preparation (toughness) the Mac and cheese, seasoning or for the prices.As for claiming the sizes are generous for the price, I get oxtail weekly and would have to STRONGLY disagree. From the reviews I can see others agree that the meal is not worth the price.Lastly I see others have similar complaints it’s unfortunate instead of this being acknowledged by owner it’s refuted/argued and pushed aside.
