Unlike a generic fast-food joint, Jersey Mike's prides itself on the craftsmanship of its subs, where ingredients are sliced fresh for every order, a practice that truly elevates the sandwich experience.
What sets Jersey Mike's apart is its dedication to making each sandwich with care. According to customer reviews, the employees are praised for making "fantastic sandwiches" and for their hard work. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The employees here make fantastic sandwiches. They work hard and it shows in the food. The quality is always great. Veggies are fresh and our sandwiches are always made right. I don’t know what’s going on with delivery service though and agree that it will take a long time to get your order so definitely place your order an hour before you want it. If in person, I would place it on the app, get your points, and check back in with them by calling to see if your sandwich is ready, so you don’t have to wait outside when ordering and picking up in person. They do answer their phones and are always professional and nice. Overall, we will continue ordering again.
April 01 · Mona IbbyThis restaurant located in downtown. However it is extremely difficult to locate. It is sharing the place with 2 other restaurants which are closed and customers need to order in the app and take out and waiting outside. Fortunately it is not raining today. It took around 15 min to wait for the sandwich I ordered.

OH BY THE WAY I LEFT WITH OUT MY FOOD AS YOU WOULD HAVE GUESSED
August 01 · Courtney CherryThis place 🙄 wow wow wowIt was pretty easy like 2 weeks ago. Now it’s so disorganized and poorly run. What happened! They gotta keep the door locked now and people have to ring a door bell. Then your met with a disgruntled staff who ushers people to the lower stairs. This screams poverty play. It’s a bummer too b/c the sandwiches are so good.On top of it there are multiple delivery drivers just trying to pick up their orders. But the kitchen is behind and customers aren’t allowed in the building. So there’s a small group of random people with their bikes just hanging out. What the what is going on… this is a sub shop lol.
September 08 · Matthew HotalingI waited for over a half an hour for 2 sandwich in the freezing cold while I watched about 10 different delivery guys get there orders right away. You can't pay with cash and have to order from their app. The sandwiches weren't that bad but I won't be going back.
