I ordered the Tortum cağ kebab, which they cook slowly over real wood charcoal. The meat was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and had that authentic smoky flavor you simply can’t find elsewhere.On top of that, the restaurant offered a variety of complimentary mezes, each one fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The combination of the savory kebab and the light, refreshing mezes made the meal perfectly balanced.
