★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The ice cream is good, better than the ones on Broadway, and you can even add toppings like pistachio and chocolate. It’s a nice spot to enjoy your treat in the park! Worth a try, though not my absolute favorite in NYC
August 16 · Léa Dalle LuccheThis is the best gelato place in North America. All seasonal fruit sorbet absolutely amazing. I had the peach one about two years ago for the very first time and have been thinking about it ever since.
August 30 · Ling GeGelato and jazz at Il Gelateria di Gelato by Patrizia Pasqualetti. “Scoop and Sound” is an enjoyable way to spend Thursday and Friday evenings from 6:30 to 10 pm. One needs to buy a gelato or two, sit and relax. Chef Patrizia’s gelato is made with ingredients from the West Coast is ambrosial. I had a fig gelato that was flavorful and a monthly special as figs are in season.Three friends are the musicians: Alex Laurenzi on saxophone, David Hawkins on drums and Frederico Foli on bass. Their music had a unique pulse and was intense at times that I wanted to get up and boogie!
