We enjoyed some of the best vegan dishes I've ever tasted, and as someone with a gluten allergy, I was thrilled by the wide variety of gluten-free options available. It's easily one of the most accommodating spots I’ve found for dietary restrictions.The escargot was the undeniable highlight, absolutely unforgettable! We began with the Pate, which was rich and delicious. For our main dishes, we went with the romesco grilled chicken and truffle beef Pintxos, along with the heirloom tomato salad. Every single bite was bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. And the side of potato pavé, gluten-free and so incredible that everyone at the table wanted double, was a standout all on its own.For dessert, we shared the entremet aux noisettes and the cider goxua. The cider goxua was gluten-free and absolutely unbelievable, light, flavorful, and the perfect way to end the meal. The entremet aux noisettes was equally impressive, with a rich, nutty complexity that we couldn’t get enough of.I only wish we could have sampled even more, but we’re already planning a return visit when we’re back in the city next year—and we truly can’t wait!

Our server, Will, was incredibly attentive and informative — he took the time to explain the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It honestly felt like a five-star experience, but still warm and welcoming.Big thanks also to Russell, the manager, who helped with our reservation and made us feel welcome right away. He even took photos for us before we left — a thoughtful gesture that really rounded out the evening. How does the lentil "faux" gras paté get such rich flavor and smooth texture? The steak croissant on the brunch menu is just... An incredible rendition. Great flavors across the board and we loved being there for the brunch menu and also being able to order off the dinner menu.

The paella also tastes amazing, i just wished it was more rice in there. Dessert was okay, i think we could’ve skip on that. Service was slow but i felt like that day there’s only 1 server. Overall food was great, just needed more on the service.
