This place is spectacular! The food is fresh and tasty, the prices are great and the service is incredibly quick. I had the bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel, which comes with a complimentary small coffee. The coffee was foamy and delightful! The pancakes and bacon were yummy and the cheese, egg and vegetable wrap was filling and mouth-watering. I will revisit this place. If you have not yet given them a try, I urge you to.

I absolutely ADORE this place and wish I could give more than 5 stars!! The food is SO fresh! I love their salads!! The salad bar is super clean and the folks who make the salads are awesome! Big shout out to Jose who is always so kind, patient, and skillful at making the most beautiful salads—I mean just look at it!🤩🤩. I love the Caesar and the Cobb salads the best so far! Also, their BREAD!! They have the best croutons and you get a bag of delicious bread with your salad which i could honestly just eat on its own—it’s that good! I also highly recommend a chai latte with oat milk🤤! Wonderful, friendly atmosphere and service, good vibes, and delicious fresh food—what more can you ask for?!😍🤤⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Me gourmet is an absolute gem in the heart of Manhattan. If you are into fresh healthy and flavorful food this place is a must try. Their salad section is amazing and the vegan options are not just healthy.-They are genuinely delicious and satisfying.the ingredients are super fresh the portions are generous, And everything is made with the great care. The vibe is cosy and calm a perfect little escape for the city rush .the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Whether you are grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a mindful meal La gourmet is a place you will want to come back to .highly recommended for anyone who loves good food and that’s good for you!

They should advertise as a buffet deli bodega style. Walked by and realized they had the choose your meal style buffet. Quality is top notch. I thought it was a high end French restaurant but it’s a sweet spot for quick and easy which is what I need when working in the area. I got the most random concoction ever but it works for me haha. Not many delis have chicken cordon blu.

I've dined in and also have gotten takeout from this place. They have a good variety of paninis. My favorite so far has been the grilled chicken Chipotle panini. It's flavorful and yummy. They include pickles and potato chips. I opt out of the chips and ask for extra pickles to reduce the carbs. The staff are friendly and helpful.
