★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Who doesn't believe in love at first sight!?Today was my very first visit to this welcoming, warm and sophisticated Le Pain Quotiden. Staff went above and beyond. I'm somewhat shy, came in around lunch. Amanda made me feel extra comfortable & told me to ask Jorge for his favorite suggestion. They did not disappoint! Jorge made me an omelet with ham & gruyère, and some delicious avocado toast. I hope the menu is consistent, I WILL be coming back for more! Thank you Jorge & Amanda for providing me comfort, and comfort food.
August 30 · RavenThe food was absolutely amazing; every bite was a burst of flavor. The overall atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and relaxing, making me feel right at home. The lighting and music created a perfect ambiance for a delightful experience. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness truly enhanced the evening. They were always available, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Service was prompt, the timing between courses was perfect. I really loved the entire experience, will go back soon. I can't wait to return for another memorable dining experience.
September 15 · Chriis CupcakeThe first thing I noticed was the unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. I ordered two soft-boiled eggs, but they arrived completely overcooked—nothing like what I asked for, as shown in the photo. The dish was also supposed to come with small, bite-sized pieces of bread for dipping, but instead, it was served with an overwhelming amount of whole bread slices. On top of that, the overall presentation was sloppy, and the service felt careless. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. To the Le Pain Quotidien headquarters: I believe this branch deserves your attention. From the unpleasant smell upon entry to the poorly executed dish and unprofessional service, the experience was far below your usual standards. I suggest you look into this location and take appropriate action to ensure it aligns with the quality and consistency your brand is known for.
July 07 · Hulya YilmazWe arrived, asked to sit outside, staff helped accommodate a party of 3 and brought an extra seat to the table (where they had 2 seats) we sat a party of 3 comfortably outside. Until…the rule enforcement came. “Sorry, you can’t use indoor furniture outdoors…it’s our policy”. Umm…indoor furniture can’t be outside? Will it break? It’s a chair. When costumer comfort and satisfaction is at the bottom of the list of importance as a policy, you know where you stand. I’ll go somewhere that prioritizes friendly policies and quality food…which they clearly don’t do here…as a policy
September 20 · Karine ArditiLove the Le Pain Quotidien in Rye! The staff are always friendly and the service is quick, which makes it my go-to spot for takeout. Everything I’ve ordered has been fresh and tasty, perfect when I’m on the go. Super reliable and always a good experience!
