We ordered blindly — big mistake. Maybe the food had potential, but we were too busy dodging flies and questioning our life choices.Dear owner: Please don’t respond. Save your breath. Spend it deep-cleaning, repainting, and hiring someone who’s heard of customer service.Haitian food is beautiful. This place? A disgrace.Zero stars if I could. Never again.

Portions sizes were large and great for sharing with a group. So many dishes I cannot recommend enough.We ordered the fried goat, fried pork, oxtail and Legumes, which all came with rice and small sides, and were highly tasty. Even amongst four hungry people, we left with full stomachs and leftovers.

Especially liked the stew chicken with black rice and griot. The rice and beans and legume were good as well. Will definitely be back!Update: Have been back a few times and my favorite dish so far has been the Fried Snapper! Sooo good! Also tried the shrimp in sauce. Can’t go wrong with anything here. Food has been consistently flavorful and fresh each time.
August 18 · Meghan PritchardThe food in this restaurant varies greatly, from very good to very average, but the interior design and decor are very neglected, and the staff, completely unprofessional, knows nothing about the restaurant business or customer relations.On our third visit, we wanted to return a dish we didn't like. The server, who was very unfriendly and unprofessional from the moment we arrived, refused to take it back on the pretext that we had ordered it and charged us for it even though we had only eaten one bite. The server and the owner on the phone refused to listen, to the point that the police had to arbitrate the dispute. The dish was ultimately settled because the restaurateurs (who are restaurateurs in name only) were short-sighted, preferring to prioritize paying the few dollars they owed over customer satisfaction and loyalty. What their amateurism ignores is that, in the long run, they have lost several hundred dollars because, not only will we not set foot there again, but we will also not recommend it to anyone! A place that is therefore best avoided!
