Regretfully, I gave this restaurant a second try in hope of supporting new local small business. But I doubt it could even pass NYC DOH. So I will update and or even upgrade my review if it lasts or majority of you can prove me wrong.The same bare hands that handle dirty bills would also scoop the rice from the pot using a plastic soup container. Beside the unsanitary setting, unknown plastic thread was also found mixed with my food. And you don't even want to know what I found the first time.Enough said. What used to be acceptable in Fuzhou local health standards shouldn't apply here. Check out the images the others had posted and use your own better judgement.
