October 04 · James MitchellI reserved a table at Luigi's restaurant via Google assistant and it worked great. We got a nice table at the window a little separate from the main seating area. The service was nice and friendly and we didn't have to wait long to order. They offer a variety of typical Italian food on the menu like pasta, pizza, risotto, seafood, etc. We had a good bottle of Malbec from Argentina and ordered calamari as appetizer. As main course he had the broccoli gnocchi and eggplant lasagne. Both was good but didn't quite have the Italian touch that we expected like fresh parmesan and basil or garlic olive oil for instance. The ambience was nice but again we missed some Italian music or little details in the decoration. I think these are the small differences that differentiate a good Italian from a great one. Overall we were happy with the experience and definitely recommend it to someone who doesn't have these expectations of an Italian restaurant. However, I think little improvements here and there can go a long way.
