★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My partner and I frequent this location and have nothing but good things to say about the food here. Consistency in flavor and overall taste is something we highly value. I will gladly wait any time for the simple fact that you can tell every batch is made to order and comes out smoking every single time. Also love a good happy hour, drinks are solid!!Parmesan Truffle fries 10/10
February 12 · GioWe went to the Williamsburg branch. The food is really good. We ordered spicy soy garlic chicken tenders with truffle fries and bulgogi bowl. The chicken tenders were so delicious and crispy. We also ordered lychee lemonade which was very refreshing. I would go there again.
June 08 · Ayesha KeyaVery lovely chicken spot in Brooklyn. I had the BBQ chicken sandwich with kimchi fries and both were good. I wasn't a big fan of the BBQ sauce they use but that's just personal taste. I enjoyed it regardless. Loved the atmosphere of this place as well. They have framed photos everywhere of various cartoons, games, artwork, etc. The service was great as well. Definitely would recommend coming here with friends or family on a nice day.
March 14 · Salma NuesiI had a really bad experience this time around that I had to write a review about it. First off and I will always say this, if you read any of my previous reviews I say this all the time. No matter how good the food is, if the service is bad, it makes your food bad. The food is good and that’s why I never mind spending at least $60 for some wings and fries. But the service is just horrible and this time around I had to speak up. So I ordered one order of (L) wings which comes with 30 wings, 2 order of fries plain and truffle. I ask the lady at the counter if I can have some extra ranch. She tells me I have to pay for it. I’m like 30 wings and only one side of ranch really, so if I order 10 wings I get one side of ranch and if I order 30 I still only get one side. That don’t make no sense, she goes on to tell she don’t make the rules, I said okay who can I speak too, she said no one is there for me to speak too. I ask for a manager she said not here I said a supervisor she said not here. She told me to call corporate Wow call corporate for a side of ranch. I’m like okay no problem how much is the ranch she said $1. Now she gave me back my change $3. So I gave her $3 and told her I would like 3 ranch, she started to say okay so you want 4. Forget about what I “have” in my bag I paid for 3. She’s arguing with me about how many I want. I’m like I have one in the bag right cause it comes with my order. She tells me I didn’t order any ranch. Now I’m confuse because I thought my order comes with a side of ranch, because that’s what she told me. She leaves to go get me the ranch that I paid for and I look in my bag to check guess what there’s no ranch. She comes back with 3 ranch and gives me a dollar back. She tells me one is free with the order and here’s two that I paid for. I gave you $3 why didn’t you bring me 3 and if I get one free then I should have walked out with 4 sides of ranch so instead of continue going back and forth with her. I decided I will just not go there anymore. All of this because first I asked how is that an order of 30 wings only gives me one side of ranch was truly curious, then after paying why am I getting only 2. To all reading I have no discrimination against anyone, I love all people. But I truly dislike with the Asian community when I start asking questions and they don’t like what I’m asking they proceed to act like they don’t understand what I’m saying. It’s played out and gotta do better. Like her telling me there’s no manager or supervisor. And now not comprehending what I’m saying. Just a bad experience, and I’d rather spend my money with a place that has great service and okay food. Service means everything.
March 26 · raena alexanderI’ve been in this neighborhood for 4 years and today was my first time trying the food here. Let me just say, wow, I’ve been missing out! The Soy Boneless Wings are so light and crispy and so delicious. The Fries are perfection. The Crab Boil is everything it should be. The signature boil sauce is divine. I’m very satisfied.
