Mad For Chicken Bayside Introduce
## Introduction / Overview: Mad For Chicken Bayside – A Dual-Threat Culinary Destination
For New Yorkers craving that signature, world-class crunch, **Mad For Chicken Bayside** is not just a restaurant—it's an institution in the Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) scene that has now boldly expanded its menu to offer a full-scale Cajun Boil experience. Located prominently on Bell Boulevard, this Bayside favorite is an essential destination for local foodies and groups looking for a lively, satisfying meal. The core of Mad For Chicken’s reputation lies in its legendary, **double-fried** chicken, which is coated in a thin layer of flour, cooked to an amazing crunch, and then individually **hand-brushed** with one of their famous sauces, creating that perfect crispy-yet-juicy experience that KFC is known for. The two signature flavors, **Soy Garlic** and **Spicy Garlic**, have been favorites since the brand’s early days in Queens.
The Bayside location, however, offers more than just the highly acclaimed chicken. It has embraced a fascinating culinary duality, introducing the **Mad Boil Menu**—a diverse selection of fresh seafood boils that brings the communal, flavorful experience of a Louisiana-style feast right to Queens. From **Snow Crab Clusters** and **Crawfish** to elaborate **Lobster Tail & Snowcrab Combos**, the boil menu provides a completely different, yet equally engaging, dining option.
With an atmosphere that is both **Casual** and **Trendy**, a full **Bar onsite**, and a commitment to serving **Late-night food**, Mad For Chicken Bayside is perfectly positioned as a dynamic social hub. Whether you're in for a **Quick bite** of their crispy chicken, settling in for **Dinner** with a group, or watching the **Sports** on screen, this spot is a quintessential New York blend of high-quality comfort food and a vibrant social scene.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Haven't been here in a minute the quality is always top tier the chicken juicy fresh and crunchy as always. They had a variety of new sauces we tried the golden BBQ it was. Came out looking golden and delicious. It had a nice sweet tang to it. The beef chili fries were amazing something I've haven't seen on the menu must be new but they came out fresh and crunchy and did not disappoint.
June 03 · James YeeHave been going to Mad For Chicken since their first store in Northern Blvd was soooo small. Their fried chicken is top notch. This review is specifically for the Bayside Bell Boulevard location and only for their Cajun boil. I repeat, this review is solely for the Boil menu, not their chicken. The Cajun Boil was kind of bland and missing that "kick". I don't think the sauce penetrated the seafood enough. Overall it was meh, underwhelming.Recommend to just stick with the fried chicken soy garlic 100% recommend. and 5/5 stars.
June 02 · Eljin AguilaThe chicken was god and spicy, the Mac and cheese was gooey and cheesy on the inside, the salad was a interesting concept, there was crab meat with the salad giving it a seafood/salad taste. The best part of the meal has to be the seafood crawlfish and crab concepts mixed with Korean fried chicken.
May 30 · yali xieThe chicken was really good, and the food was honestly quite delicious. The funny thing is the men’s room has barrels for urinals, and I enjoyed hearing the putter patter noise as I used the bathroom. But yeah the food is good and really delicious.
