Hidden gem I did not know existed and conveniently located. Plenty of parking and low wait times. I visited on a Monday morning and was truly surprised. Their drink list is extensive, I decided to go with their Biscoff latter and let’s just say it was so delicious! Perfectly made with the right amount of sweetness. I got mine with oat milk and did not experience any discomfort. The staff is super friendly and diligently working. I tried the lemon poppy seed muffin warmed up and it was airy, sweet delicious and the sprinkle scone was amazing. Can’t wait to come back, their coffee is high quality & worth a daily visit. They also have outdoor seating with umbrellas which is the perfect touch.

I've been a regular for about a year and really love it here! Their Ripple iced coffees taste like decadent ice cream and are dairy free with oat milk! Every staff member is kind and attentive. It's become very popular and can get understandably very busy, but I never have wait long for my order.

The nicest place in lower Westchester. Coffee is served in attractive cups. Pastries quickly heated, and again served on attractive plates. Cleanest bathroom around. Baristas all very pleasant. Cappuccinos made the right way, except occasionally only lukewarm unless requested extra hot, which they cheerfully carry out .
