★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Stumbled across this cafe in LES, and it’s so good! I got the banana matcha and the vanilla matcha and both of those were amazing! The matcha to syrup ratio is perfect- more matcha and lesser of the syrup so you can actually taste the matcha. The space is super small, so if you’re in a group of more than 3-4 people you might not find space to sit. The decor is super cute though!! I need to try their hojicha next time. They only serve oat milk and charge extra for almond milk.Overall: 4.5/5 stars from me!!
September 09 · Sahana Dineshvery intimate and quiet space with cool air to contrast the heat. the interior is intentional and welcoming. i got a 16 oz uji matcha latte for ~ $8.50 with tax. the matcha to milk ratio is about 2/3 (oatmilk, i believe). very rich green color with a nice umami and slightly complex flavor. every sip seemed to bring out a new side of the matcha. definitely one of the best in the city!
August 14 · tbz11uvrActually quite good. The added flavors were not as noticeable and sweet but the matcha was very good in general. It was a good matcha to get and better than a lot of other places in the area so if you need to go to one place choose this one!
July 28 · AI came here twice and ordered their uji matcha latte the first time. The matcha was very high quality with reasonable pricing and I really liked the length of their straws. The cafe was still under construction during the time and had an odd smell with incense coming out of a corner. Tried their Lavender matcha latte the second time, drink itself was unexpected and rather unique. However, I noticed the drink started dripping from the side when the barista handed it to me but didn’t think much. Turns out, there was a straight crack on the side of the cup that cause all the liquid to start dripping as you hold the drink. My fingers were then stained with droplets on my shirt. The dripping started to get worse the more I drank, until it reached below the cut. The experience was rather messy and there was somewhere I was planning to go right after. I hope the staff can be more careful and check for defective products next time.
August 28 · jenny kHonestly this matcha took me by surprise in how well balanced and generous the portion is. If you looooove a GREEN matcha this is the spot. Highly recommend the Lavender Matcha half sweet with oat milk! You get a latte for the same price, but 2xthe size compared to a cafe near by 🍊👀 seating and bathroom as well 🥰
