I know McDonald’s never get good reviews but I’ll try and do my best. There’s a kid in there named Leo that I feel shouldn’t be working there at all and he would be in some Fortune 500 company instead. I mean the kids customer service is beyond 100% on point, he’s multilingual,super nice to all the customers, and all around just a nice guy to deal with. I hope McDonald’s sees this and takes care of that kid. Cuz that’s what all people there should be like if you ask me.

This is the best McDonald’s I have been too. It was late night and crowded but staff were very upbeat and outgoing. It’s nice to see staff enjoy their job instead of being miserable. Service was great, food was fresh!

This McDonald’s in Brooklyn is quickly becoming my favorite. Even though it was a busy Saturday, my order was prepared swiftly, packed with care, and came out just right. The staff were friendly and attentive too, which really makes the whole experience better.

Ordered a large and medium fries with my meals and got a large fry with the same amount in a medium just in a bigger container.. For what French fries are going for these days this is hardly acceptable. Please do better. We work hard for our money should get what we pay for. Nothing more nothing less
