Just left this place empty handed. In order to use the app you must now pay with either a credit or debit card. So I won't be coming to this location anymore. The name on the supervisor shirt says henning foods or something like that. Also their 2 for special is now 10 dollars under this company. I went to the deli and got something healthier for less than this. So sad what McDonald's has become.

Listen and listen well McDonalds franchise. This place on E23 between 1 St and 2nd Ave please hire at least 1 or two individuals WHO FREAKING KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH. Also advise them to call out a persons name because these Latina women do not know how to say numbers. My food was sitting there the app also wasn’t telling me if my food was done and I couldn’t press the “I’m already here” button. The app is not this locations problem but please get some people in there that speak proper English. The entire staff speaks mainly Spanish and it doesn’t help when this area is not a large Latino speaking area. And I’m Latino but I speak both fluently. Thank you very much.

1- Food = Average 3/5. Worst food an adult can eat but many tasty choices to indulge and enjoy that’s no longer affordable. This particular McDonalds ALWAYS under fills our French Fries and gives us half an order.2- Service = Average 3/5. This is McDonald’s not Chick-Fil-A.3- Ambiance = Below Average 2/5. Dirty and most times you have dope fiends nodding out, homeless psychos hanging out (WELCOME TOO LIBERAL, LAWLESS NEW YORK CITY ) .4- Reservations5- Value Below Average. 2/5. No longer affordable and very poor quality. Obese people should be paying extra tax to offset the damage they are doing to planet earth 🌍

I ordered a take out and when I reached home it was missing one filet o fish sandwich as I ordered 2. The telephone in the receipt is not working and there is no way to call them. This is frustrating. The service is too slow! Will not patronize!!!!
