They then offered me a smoothie, and I told them I wanted mango and pineapple. They made me a strawberry one without consulting me, telling me they didn't have any mango and pineapple. I told them it was fine if there is not made have any banana. Finally, they sent me a strawberry and banana smoothie. In short, this establishment is the worst in the Bronx.

Just went there today, 7/13/25, and the service was mediocre at best. One or multiple of the employees were having a breakdown or drama about one of the employees supposedly trying/wanting to be in a relationship with a manager. This caused mine and other customers wait times for things as simple as drinks to be unreasonably long. Not to mention that when they finally came out, they weren't as ordered nor did i get all 3 drinks I ordered, only 2 of the coffees. Those two I did get luckily didn't have any sugar in them as my relatives have relatively serious diabetes. This branch, from the past times I've gone, is already subpar in their quality compared to even the White Plains one, with employees very blatantly only there for a check.There were 6 employees at the front, but it felt more like only 2 as the one employee who did attempt to help us as best as he could was still spread thin trying to hand out orders, fulfill them and man the kiosk. I have worked in retail and customer service positions, but never once were personal problems supposed to be a problem on the clock, let alone interfere with the service customers received. If an employee has a problem and is unable to perform that is understandable, we are all human, but it should not be dealt with on the floor in front of customers, especially regarding inter-team relationships.Kudos to the employee who did his best but a 35-minute wait time for a relatively medium-sized order at most because of personal problems affecting the entire floor team is not what I expected.

Went to.drive through at 430am was told breakfast was not until.5am ok so i ordered a #8 Fish was so cold and fries were hard and cold...while i sat in the drive thru for 15mins watching staff on hos.cwll phone laughing with 2 other guys ..i asked for fresh fries and sandwuch he walked away from the wondow and gave me the same damn bag of food and had a nasty attitude. You dont want to work then quit..but customer service is horroble in this.store

They are too slow for customer service, it takes half an hour to receive your order from the moment you place the order at the store, they need to be faster when making orders that's why it's called fast food if not what's the point and they make the food with a bad attitude and end up putting too much mayonnaise on the hamburgers

DO NOT EAT $6 Burger meal - I ate this meal that comes with a 6pc chicken nugget/fries w/soda- I swear that not even 1 hour later after only eating this, I felt like I was SEDATED & SLOW in the head. Similar when you drink NYQUIL cough medicine!!!! 💊Something is not right in this kitchen! It needs to be investigated & shutdown.
