Bad location. Very disappointing experience. Didn't get the advertised Hello Kitty x TMNT toy, fries and nuggets were stale. No ketchup or napkins were included in my take out order. Things have to be pretty bad for me to write a negative review....😕

I've came here twice trying to get happy meal toys for my kid. The first time I talked to the woman with dreads tied in a pony tail, I waited patiently for my turn to order and asked her if she could show me which toys they had. From the start she wasn't very accommodating and just pointing to where the toys were which was impossible to see the image of the toys on the box. It was just 3-4 steps away for her. Just her behavior was just plain rude. Instead of just taking a few seconds to show me or let me know which toys they had she instead made me wait and helped the people behind me. After she helped just 2 people in line she finally showed me the toys which took just seconds to do and I ended up waiting longer to get the happy meals afterwards.I went again and this time I think it might have been a manager cause he was wearing a red button up shirt. It was a Hispanic guy and I waited for my turn to ask about the toys and he also was rude like the other employee and gave me a hard time saying they don't show the toys and people get what they get. I went to multiple mcdonalds at different locations and they never gave me hard time about it but this location. Finally after a couple of minutes he showed it to me and I told him could he make sure I get 2 specific ones and told him the 2 numbers of the toys i wanted.since they had 4 different toys. Told me I can't get them without the meal and I told him I was planning on getting the meals I don't understand why he would assume that I wasn't gonna order the meals. They started putting the stuff in the happy meal box and I see him put the 2 boxes in and he handed the boxes to me i checked to make sure I got the 2 I wanted and he gave me 2 of the same ones. I took one out and politely asked for the other number I asked for and told him I got 2 of the same ones and he tried to argue and said I got it and I told him I got the same ones when I asked for two different numbers. Finally checked and gave me the right one. I don't understand why they have such an attitude and terrible customer service towards someone who was not rude and a paying customer. After 2 times with dealing with terrible customer service I don't want to go out of my way going to this mcdonalds. I think they need more training or just hire new people who will treat paying customers with respect.

My complaint about this restaurant was that my husband went to by my sick child a happy meal this morning at 2 AM (not after 5 AM) and the man making the burgers in the back told him no to every question he asked (not the cashier) with no explanation. On Google it says that at a 24 hour mcdonalds, happy meals can be purchased until 5 AM. Is this a policy that you guys have that other places do not.

Manager wouldn’t let me use the bathroom before ordering even though a customer gave me his place and recipient in line for the bathroom. Haven’t been able to wash my hands or use the restroom for uber for 5 hours and the manager just gives me a mod while a girl cuts me in line for the bathroom.
