Stopped at this McDonald’s on the way to JFK and it was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The kiosks weren’t printing receipts — whatever, that happens — but the real problem was the staff.The guy at the front register had such an attitude. I even spoke to him about it afterward, and while he said he “didn’t mean it disrespectfully,” the fact that he remembered the exchange ten minutes later shows he knew he was out of line.Meanwhile, food was coming out wrong left and right, fries were cold, and people kept sending things back. When I returned mine, the worker rolled her eyes and snapped that she had called me five minutes earlier (which made no sense since I never got a receipt). Then she stormed off like I was the problem. Even her coworker admitted I wasn’t the first person to return the fries, so clearly the quality was bad.What really blew my mind was watching other customers get completely ignored. If someone didn’t have a receipt, staff would just stare at them and walk away. It was almost laughable how unprofessional the service was.Bottom line: rude staff, cold food, and total chaos. There is plenty of seating. I had the double quarter pounder deluxe. It is pretty loaded but not much flavor.

So McDonald’s thinks $50 buys us… what exactly? Certainly not the TWO burgers, milkshake, ice cream, and sauces we PAID FOR but never received!!Phones ringing into a void, zero accountability — and this isn’t even the first time. Maybe you should rename yourselves to McScam. Customers deserve better than paying for food that never arrives!!!

Don't spend in this store! After parking there for about 2 minutes, I found that someone opened my door and towed my car away. Looking at the photos, I knew that I was nearby at that time. Before I could go in for consumption, I was blackmailed for 200 dollars. After I paid him 200 dollars, he immediately went to tow the car next to him (look at 13:52:04 in th E red pen circle in the back picture, there is no car, and he began to tow away at 14:08:27). Their trailer is faster than the meal.
