I usually don’t write reviews, but my last visit to McDonald’s was disappointing enough that I felt I had to. The food came out lukewarm, not fresh at all,My chicken nuggets were burned.The service wasn’t much better. The cashier/ manager seemed rushed and uninterested, barely making eye contact, and it took way too long for my online order.I get that fast food isn’t supposed to be gourmet, but at the very least it should be hot, and fresh. Unfortunately, this McDonald’s didn’t meet even those basic expectations.

This service here is horrendous. I ordered 3 McCrispys with cheese. Pretty simple order, but this location is known for messing up simple orders as the last time I came to this location and added cheese to my sandwiches, there was none. No surprise, there was no cheese on my sandwiches last night either. I drive back around the drive through, stated they forgot my cheese and they told me to drive to the window. There was a pretty decent line and the service was extremely slow so I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes to get to the window. As I’m at the window, the employee insists that there is nothing they can do other than throw a cold slice of cheese on top of the sandwiches and stated there was no way of warming up the food. As a customer, I should not have to eat cold food due to employee error, so I insist that the food is completely remade. He slammed the drive through window on me. There was so much sassiness and attitude from this man, I asked this man for his name as his customer service was very poor. He insisted on not giving me his name stating I don’t need that information. Never heard of a fast food restaurant where employees first names aren’t disclosed. I asked to speak to a manager as it came to my surprise he wasn’t a manager and was a regular team member. She remade the food with no issue and let me know that the employees name is Darrell. I will definitely be calling corporate about this man and his unprofessionalism as he should not be an employee with such poor communication skills and customer service. Just, don'tI always order here and always get a mistake or something is missing, which is fine because I'm a cook myself and know when it gets busy your bound to do so, but when the MANAGER/SUPERVISOR tells it's your fault, that's what pissed me last time.They told me "If you order for pickup and don't immediately come for the order" (Wasn't even 10 minute) "We cancel the order" so I had to wait another 20 minute, fine but then they didn't make my order, had to ask for the supervisor again and tell them about my order, eventually I got it and of course something is missing, but it wasn't a hashbrown or something little, it was an entire big breakfast plate, they even tried to say "No, there isn't one in the order" then I proceeded to show them the damn order.
