This is completely based on seamless deliveries with the same person. He is very rude when he calls to say he has arrived. In addition, last time I placed a catering order on Friday afternoon for the following Tuesday and it got canceled the morning of. Apparently the menu changed over the weekend. My company thought this was a good time to part ways with this restaurant as we have had several issues.

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in New York, and I don’t even keep kosher! I happened to eat here by chance, and it was really delicious. Highly recommend!

Update March 2024:Very rude Spanish employee.the nice rabbi saved the day and served us instead of him. 5 stars for the rabbi.Original review: 2022:In the big picture I wouldn’t want to come here again.I bought from this place two times,Customer service is pretty poor, The prices our pretty particular for a kosher place which means outrageous, every small little thing you would ask for your bagel will raise the price by a minimum of one and a half dollar’s.Second time I’ve been here I bought among other stuff eight bagels for a take away when I came home I found them to be pretty dry as if they weren’t fresh from today.

The food is great and amazing bagels but…… I have to say the staff ringing up orders does not know there own menu, and watched as they took over 5min each to ring up a single item for each customer. Prep cooks are fast foods ready quickly but be prepared to wait in line just to ring out.
