A Nightmare Experience at Oui cocktail Lounge – Do Not RecommendWe chose Oui Lounge in Brooklyn to celebrate my cousin’s birthday, expecting a fun and enjoyable experience, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, the food was inedible, and the management was dishonest.Despite reserving an area in advance and specifically requesting a particular liquor, we were shocked to find out that the lounge had run out of it by 11PM. After much back and forth, the manager eventually got the liquor but then charged my cousin more than the agreed-upon price—completely unacceptable and unprofessional.The food was just as disappointing. The wings we received were burnt, dry, and utterly unappetizing. It was clear that no effort was made to ensure quality or presentation, which was especially disheartening for a special occasion.What was meant to be a joyous birthday celebration turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service, decent food, or honest business practices.⭐ 1/5 – Avoid this place by all means. If I could give no starts at all I would.

Oui Cocktail Lounge’s decor is so beautiful and contemporary! The drinks and food was pretty awesome. I ordered the oxtail empanadas, Oui salad, and seasoned fries and I enjoyed everything. The ambiance is welcoming and the staff is attentive to the customer’s needs. Music was great. I will definitely be back soon.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would.I loved this place. It’s a hidden gem located in Brooklyn. My friends and I came here on Saturday after being disappointed at a different restaurant.BONUS: We were able to call and get last minute reservations.When we walked into the restaurant it we were promptly greeted. I loved the blue-light aesthetic as well.Our server was Brittany and she was nothing short of AWESOME! She was friendly, knew the menu and just seemed like a genuinely nice person. She checked on us frequently as well.My friends and I literally ordered everything off of the appetizer menu… our favorites were the corn ribs (just do it)!, mojito shrimp and lamb.The music was on point and a great mix of popular R&B, some hip hop & soca/dancehall. The hookah was great too. After are we just relaxed, smoked hookah and listened to the music.Overall this place is a VIBE! You won’t be disappointed.

The space is modern and well lit. The white theme on the all the furniture gives a nice loungey vibe. On a week night, the place was not packed. We were seated right away.Our waitress was very personable and gave us some great tips. We tried the crispy calamari, Oxtail empanadas, five spice wings and Cajun corn ribs. Everything came out great. My favorite was the calamari which was extra crispy and the cut corn. The wings were fried hard which i also liked.As for drinks, I loved the wild passion (ilegal mezcal, aperol, passionfruit, ginger and elderflower). Very smokey and fruity. Perfect for me. If you are sticking with tequila I also liked the Spice it up drink made wiht pineapple jalapeño tequila.Between Pich and Oui, I am loving the new infusion of carribean restaurants right on Flatbush. Can't wait to go back to experience more food.

Nice hookah spot but very expensive. Wings and empanadas were good the dusse punch was good. My only issue was that they suggested a few items I needed to try without letting me know their was an uncharge for it. So the dusse punch was already $17 the. They charged another $4; also the hookah is $40 but the gurl suggested we get a mango guava. Then they charged $10 extra. So just beware of all the unchanging.
