★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I don't get the bad reviews. Are y'all coming expecting a michelin star Chinese restaurant? This is a 5 for 5 for what it is. A fast casual, Chinese- American chain. This one in particular has the best service of all the Panda express locations in NYC. Benj in particular is great!
May 06 · Redmart MendozaBeen coming here since it first opened and they have improved a lot. I was inspired to write a 5 star review today because I saw they were slammed with online orders and the manager went out of her way to prioritize the people waiting in line (even removing from the online orders to serve people in line). I thought this was great customer service. Also, the food was perfect, no complaints. Keep up the good work!
July 31 · Chris LeungI dunno why it took me this long to try Panda Express but just went back for the second time ever to try more meats! I think I might be obsessed. For the record, I really don’t like anything too sweet so automatically avoided those and I did try a little Beijing beef though still too sweet. Teriyaki chicken was tolerable but wish it was a bit more salty to counteract the sweetness. However I was blown away by the mushroom chicken, salt and pepper chicken and broccoli beef in that order. I was also impressed that the texture of the chow mein was bouncy and not mushy. And I also loved the fried rice. The sides don’t have much flavor but I love using the leftover juices to mix in -otherwise would be too salty.
June 02 · Isabella GongI had a pretty good experience. Place was clean and i went around 7 pm. They serve you pretty quick and were very polite. Food was fresh and whenever an option was low or out, they would ask you to wait 3-5 minutes for another fresh batch. Portions were very generous and I had leftovers for later.
July 12 · Andrew ChoiPanda Express is arguably the most well-known representation of American-style Chinese cuisine, but this particular branch doesn't seem to meet the standards of Panda Express.Perhaps it's because they've recently opened, but the overall operation of the restaurant is quite chaotic. The process from ordering to payment isn't very smooth, leading to confusion among customers and longer wait times.Additionally, while the food is freshly prepared, it doesn't taste as good as other Panda Express locations in New York, such as the one in Midtown Manhattan. Surprisingly, they don't offer Panda Express's signature fortune cookies, which makes the dining experience feel incomplete. The only thing worth recommending is that the cleanliness of their kitchen and restaurant seems decent.Overall, the restaurant isn't worth recommending at the moment, but hopefully, they will improve over time.
