I’m absolutely devastated by the horrific service at this place! I was blatantly overcharged for my order, and when I ask for a refund, they had the audacity to say they couldn’t help me just because I used a Visa card. And if that wasn’t bad enough, it turns out the person who took my order was the delivery guy, completely clueless about how to operate the register. This was an utterly infuriating experience—stay far away from this place!

The young man who was @ the counter on Thursday, 4/3/25 around 8pm was exceptional!!! Great customer service! Very friendly! Most importantly followed directions!!! I definitely will return to this Papa Johns! Thank you for making my visit a great one!!!!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Been going here for a while but todays the last day… very unfortunate. Got email that said my order was placed at 9:19 and the delivery driver was here at 9:31… pizza was clearly old and hard as a brick.

This is the worst papa johns in the USA, I will eat pizza from 7 eleven before I eat here again. I’ve ordered over 40 times here and the continue to have poor service and they do not add pizza sauce to they pizza. You will get bread and cheese. Do Newark a favor and close this location and give to a new owner who loves pizza.
