I came to this pizza shop twice today, and the waiter who took the bill told me that someone else had picked it up, but I saw him delivering the food himself. Why do the staff take the jobs of the food delivery platform and still accept the orders of the food delivery platform? I bet that when I come to this pizza shop today, the waiter will tell me that my order has been picked up by someone else.

I ordered a vegetable pizza and they sent me a pizza with sausage on it. I talked to the manager who was rude, and he refused to take any action, and he refused to refund or replace the order. Also because of religious reasons I can’t eat pork so it was a big mistake to put sausage on a vegetable pizza and I had to throw the pizza away.
