I spoke with Lou at Paramus Bagels and he was very kind and very helpful. Paramus catered breakfast for our film crew of 40 people and accommodated all our dietary needs with very short notice. I highly recommend Paramus Bagels & Deli!

What a Bagel! I worked for two years in a NY bagel store in college, so I know my bagels. This place is amazing. Bagels have fluffy insides and great texture. The people are very nice and get your order done quickly. I live in CT but visit this part of NJ every couple of months and ALWAYS stop here. Deli is high quality! The BEST!

We were passing through from the Adirondacks back down to Florida and I was determined to stop and grab a couple dozen bagels, because what passes for a bagel in Florida is disgusting trash. I have resorted myself to making my own bagels right down to boiling in the lye, it's the only way to get a decent bagel.When we went in the shop and explained this, the entire staff came out to listen to our bagel woes and immediately understood the assignment. It was late in the day and the stock wasn't at its highest but we made it work. They scrambled around and pulled bagels from everywhere they could to ensure that we had as many of their beautiful bagels as possible to take on our trip. We were incredibly grateful and it was honestly the highlight of our day.The bagels themselves were heaven sent and truly the best I have ever had, easily beating out even my own homemade ones. I could probably live on these bagels for the rest of my life and never get tired of them. The homemade cream cheese was also excellent and I'm glad I got a nice sized tub of that to take home as well.I will never forget this place and the way their staff touched my heart today. They were shining examples of the best of humanity.Please go eat their delicious bagels and give them a big fat tip because they absolutely, 100% deserve it.

TEN STARS IF I COULD!I had called Paramus Bagels to inquire about having breakfast delivered to Valley Hospital to thank the staff on two of the floors for the wonderful care and kindness shown to our family during my dad's hospital stay. I dealt with the owner, Lou. He personally helped guide me through the menu and was able to help me select the perfect variety of items. Lou made ordering super easy, communicated clearly leading up to the delivery, and even included thoughtful extras like utensils, napkins, etc. The bagels came sliced and halved, and he even offered to make out two separate thank you cards. I can't thank Lou and his team enough for making this so easy and helping us to show our appreciation to all of the staff at the hospital. HIGHLY recommend!!!

What a clean bagel place with such amazing food every time I get different foods my husband and I come here a lot. We live in the area and there are many bagel places to choose from but this is the only place that we come to because they have such good tasty food, and the most important part is that they are clean other bagel places in the area don’t really Get an A+ for cleanliness so if you’re in the area, this is your two go to for bagels and wraps and all types of other foods that they sell and their coffees are amazing. I even stopped going to Dunkin’ Donuts just to come get the coffee from here. It taste better And not water down like Dunkin lol .. The owner is such a nice guy such good energy thank you so much for being a good bagel shop.
