Excellent little cafe ⭐️ I love Paris Baguette and I love how they have one in this location! The cakes are always a go-to, especially the cheesecake and also the blueberry chiffon cake. Their pastries are also delicious. The cronuts (croissant donuts) are so good and super flaky with lots of delicious cream fillings inside.The atmosphere of this location is great with great lighting and also lots of natural sunlight from the windows. The staff were friendly and professional even with the huge line of people waiting to checkout (since it was Mother's Day)

This is a huge PB store, probably the largest I have been to. Very clean store, with lots of tables to dine-in. The bakery goods are kept in nice wooden shelves. Of course they have the full and sliced cakes, hot and cold drinks, small sandwiches and bites too like other PBs.I put in an online order for a chocolate cake with message on top. I went to the store at my scheduled pick up time. At the register I told my name, and they brought the cake out from the freezer. There was a free plastic knife with the cake. Of course the cake had amazing taste and quality. PB cakes are one of the best!! We will be back at the store to shop some bakery items soon.

I am so upset with this location, I have ordered a couple of times online through the app, and EVERY time an item or more than one is missing. I don’t get refunded for the items, they just deliver and I have to call the location to speak to the manager per the email instructions. How fishy would it be if you were the manager and you had a costumer repeatedly call for a refund because of missing items in your order? I feel like I’m doing something wrong by calling and it’s so embarrassing but it’s honestly disappointing how often this happened.EDIT: Caleb was so kind and actually called back and had checked to make sure everything was as I said. He also texted since I was busy and I was able to send pictures of my receipt and order received to show items missing. They saw that the items ordered were not placed in the bag and had given a full refund. Very polite and kind I appreciate the open communication. Thank you!

This place is delicious and has a beautiful clean interior. Great coffee. Very nice atmosphere. The pastries and sandwiches are super delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone in Paramus to pay this cafe a visit.

I really like this spot - donuts are delicious and great coffee. Location is clean and well organized. Only small gripe, the staff are not always the friendliest but I chalk it up to business and go about my way. I always return regardless.
